Terms of Service — Attractio

1. Agreement

By engaging Attractio for services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Attractio ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Services

Attractio provides B2B marketing and web services, including but not limited to:

Webflow website design and development
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and automation setup
Conversion copywriting
Lead generation and RFQ automation systems

The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Services require a setup fee payable prior to commencement of work, plus an ongoing monthly retainer where applicable. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are not provided for completed work or months already in service.

4. Minimum Commitment

Ongoing service agreements carry a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables (website design, copy, configurations) produced specifically for them. Attractio retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, or tooling used in the delivery process.

Attractio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary access to platforms, and accurate information required to deliver the project. Delays caused by the Client may affect agreed delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Attractio's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or leads.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
